Deliveries and shipping
Purchased orders are processed the next day and when funds proof-clear in our account. All products are stock, if and when our local stock is depleted, pending orders resort immediately to “JIT” (just in time) delivery, ex-works to our warehouse.
In this case you can expect goods to reach your destination in approximately 6 -10 days for Gauteng and 1 – 2 extra day for outside Gauteng, South Africa.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
