Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy
We have a 14 day return policy window to return the goods in original condition which expires thereafter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and your receipt of purchase.
Please contact us by email or phone so we can confirm and assess your request and provide further assistance with your return via email. Upon receiving we shall proceed with inspection and assessment of goods. kindly arrange and cover shipping costs and insurances during your item return. Detailed instructions regarding the shipping process and destination will be included in our communication should it be required. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order vs the received item upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
We do not accept returns on purchase sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Deliveries and shipping
Purchased orders are processed the next day and when funds proof-clear in our account. All products are stock ex-factory warehouse “JIT” (just in time) base, expect goods to reach destination in approximately 6 -10 days in Gauteng and 1 – 2 extra day for outside Gauteng, South Africa. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
